Do I need a website built by Laicos to use the apps?
No. The apps work with any website. If we host and maintain your site, some of them connect automatically and there is nothing to configure. If your site lives elsewhere, you add a snippet or point a domain and you are running.
What does In development actually mean?
Built and running, still changing. Not yet part of your plan allowance. Live means the app is stable and we support it like any other production system.
How do I get access after I pay?
We set up your accounts and email you access within one business day. Right now that step is done by a person rather than a signup form, which means you get a short call or message from us to make sure everything is pointed at the right site.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything before you go. Links, leads, form submissions, monitored pages and content drafts all export to CSV from inside each app. We hold your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you come back, then delete it.
Can I buy a single app without a Care Plan?
Yes. Every app is sold on its own. Care Plan holders get 10 percent off on Essential, 20 percent on Standard, 30 percent on Premium, and 40 percent on Pro. See Forms, Chat, Cron, WebChange, Short Links, Bench, RevCalc, and Offers.
Who supports the apps?
The same team that maintains your website. Standard and Premium plans include a direct WhatsApp line. There is no separate support queue for software.
